A nature reserve set in 250 acres, including a visitor centre in converted farm buildings with hands-on, interactive displays and a film show. The reserve features a variety of wetland habitats teeming with life and fantastic viewing from excellent bird hides. The site also has a picnic and play area and a pets corner for younger visitors and a bird feeding garden for closer views of garden birds. The reserve shop sells a wide rand of bird feeders and seed, souvenirs and refreshments.
