Unique North Front built about 1635 over the Elizabethan gateway which retains its heavy oak doors. The dining-room with original carved ceiling survives from the 15thC house. Also linenfold panelling. A lacemaker on site most open days. Godolphin House was used in the filming of the television production of "Frenchman"s Creek", shown December, 1998.
